1. Agreement Scope

1.1 Parties

This agreement is between you ("User") and QuietCues, Inc. ("we" or "the Company") regarding the use of the "Ceebs" application ("the App").

1.2 Agreement Acceptance

By downloading, installing, launching, registering, logging in, or otherwise using this App, you indicate that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to accept all terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to any terms, please do not use this App.

2. Service Content

This App provides the following services:

1. AI Voice Chat: Intelligent voice companion functionality for conversational AI interaction
2. Biography Generation: Voice interview-based personal story compilation and autobiography generation
3. Schedule Management: Voice-enabled calendar reminders and to-do items
4. Shopping Assistant: Screenshot analysis for product information, price comparison, and fraud risk alerts
5. Image Recognition: Screenshot translation, content summarization, chat reply assistant, homework tutoring, etc.
6. Fraud Detection: Real-time voice analysis to detect potential phone scams (iOS)
7. Personalized Reply Suggestions: Analyzes chat screenshots you submit to extract vocabulary patterns and reply styles, generating reply suggestions that match your personal communication style. This service only extracts and retains text-based style data — original screenshot images are never saved or stored.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Registration

You can register/login through:

• Apple Sign-In
• Google Sign-In

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining account security and are liable for all activities conducted under your account. Please notify us immediately if you discover unauthorized account access.

3.3 Account Deletion

You can request account deletion through in-app settings or by contacting support. After deletion:

• You will no longer be able to use the App's services
• Your data will be deleted or anonymized
• This action is irreversible

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purposes
• Record or analyze conversations without proper consent where required by law
• Spread illegal, harmful, harassing, or infringing content
• Impersonate others or use false identities
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App
• Use technical means to bulk collect App data
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the App

5. Intellectual Property

All copyrights, trademarks, patents, and other intellectual property rights in the App belong to us or are legitimately licensed, including the application program, interface design, icons, graphics, application name, logos, and trademarks.

Content you create using the App (such as biographies, diaries) belongs to you, but you grant us necessary usage licenses to provide services.

We are not liable for service interruptions caused by:

• System maintenance or upgrades
• Telecommunications equipment failures or network issues
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, government actions, etc.)
• Hacker attacks, virus intrusions, or other security incidents

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis
• We do not guarantee the timeliness, security, or accuracy of services
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages

9. Agreement Modifications

We reserve the right to modify this agreement as needed. Modified agreements will be published in the App. Continued use after modifications indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent People's Court in the jurisdiction where the Company is located.
