• Provide core services including AI voice chat, biography generation, schedule management, shopping assistant, and screenshot analysis
• Personalize reply suggestions by extracting vocabulary patterns and reply styles from chat screenshots you submit. We do not save or store the original screenshot images at any time.
• Create and manage your user account and verify identity
• Analyze service usage to improve product features and user experience
• Prevent, detect and investigate fraud, security threats, or other illegal activities
• Respond to your questions, feedback, and complaints
• Send application update notifications

4. Data Storage and Security

We store data collected within mainland China on servers located in China. For iOS users using Apple Sign-In, authentication data is also stored in Firebase (Google Cloud) with appropriate security measures.

Storage Duration

• Account information: Retained for no more than 6 months after account deletion
• Voice data: Retained for no more than 90 days for service quality analysis
• Image data: Deleted immediately after temporary analysis, not permanently stored
• Personalization profile: Only extracted vocabulary and reply style patterns are retained. Screenshots are discarded immediately after analysis and are never stored.
• Log information: Retained for no more than 12 months
